About CalcMate

CalcMate is an independent website of free calculators for Australians. Each tool answers an everyday money or planning question quickly, without sign-ups, pop-ups or sales pitches.

How we keep things accurate

Calculators that rely on government rates, such as HELP repayments and stamp duty, are checked against official sources, including the Australian Taxation Office and state and territory revenue offices. We review them at least once a year, after each 1 July change. Each page shows when it was last reviewed.

A note on advice

Our calculators give estimates for general information. They don't consider your personal situation and aren't financial, tax or legal advice. For important decisions, confirm figures with the relevant agency or a licensed professional.

How the site is funded

CalcMate is free to use. It may display advertising to cover running costs. Ads never change how our calculators work or the results they show.
